Woman Says Party Guest Returned And Raped Her After She Fell Asleep

A Chattanooga woman said a party guest returned and raped her after she had fallen asleep. Richard Hymon Jr., 47, of 6961 Glen Errol Way, East Ridge, is charged with rape. Police had responded on Oct. 7 to a hospital to speak with a rape victim. The woman said she had been raped by Hymon at her home. Baylor, GPS, CCS Advance To State Soccer Semifinals
